Looking After Your Immune System This Winter, With PhytoRelief-CC

9th November 2018

At this time of year, it is always so easy to pick up coughs and colds, and our bodies struggle with the sudden drop in temperature and grey, miserable days.

My health always gets worse as soon as the weather changes, and the dark mornings and evenings can make me feel really low, and this year is no exception. I’ve had two sinus infections in a row, and have been feeling very rough for weeks now, and my body has clearly been struggling to fight them. I have had to take antibiotics twice in a row now, after probably not taking them for 15 years. After taking them I still haven’t been quite right and have just been feeling generally unwell.

I always like trying more natural ways of improving my health; I take vitamins, use apple cider vinegar and coconut oil for health issues, and drink kefir milk for my gut health.

But I’ve been quite lax with everything lately, and coupled with the colder months starting my immune system has really needed a boost, so that I can fight all those colds that my daughter brings home, and stop getting poorly.

So I was happy to be sent a herbal food supplement to try, called PhytoRelief-CC, that contains turmeric, pomegranate and ginger extracts, all of which are known to be good for you. Turmeric helps to control inflammatory response and ginger helps to support the immune system and the respiratory tract.

PhytoRelief-CC is made by AlchemLife who is a pioneer in the phytochemicals industry (Phytochemicals are biologically active compounds found in plants). The company sell plant-derived natural medicine and food supplements in more than 35 countries worldwide and have been around since 1984 (same as me!)

Their products are researched, designed and backed by peer-reviewed clinical studies and extensive consumer testing to provide solutions for health concerns to help give customers control of their own health.

PhytoRelief is a clinically tested blend of natural active ingredients containing Pomegranate, Turmeric and Ginger extracts to help support the immune system, create a natural defensive barrier and maintain a healthy respiratory tract.

The ingredients in PhytoRelief are all perfect to help us be healthy at this time of year. The active ingredient in ginger extract, Gingerol, is known for its anti-inflammatory properties, and pomegranate contains antioxidants to boost health. Turmeric has been used for centuries and is known to help control inflammatory response and help relieve winter ills.

This herbal supplement can help you to manage the severity and duration of symptoms and get back on track faster, which is exactly what I’ve been needing recently. It can be used in two different ways – either to help cure flu or a cold, or you can use it to help prevent flu and colds at this time of year.

There is actually a published clinical study that has shown that the usage of AlchemLife’s PhytoRelief-CC results in reduced duration and severity of cold and flu symptoms due to its anti-microbial, anti-inflammatory, analgesic and immunity boosting properties. It was found that it reduces the occurrence of signs and symptoms of cold episodes by 70%, as well as reducing the duration of it by 37%! If you’re interested in that kind of thing, you can read about the study here.

I have been taking these lozenges to help to boost my weakened immune system and get rid of this last bit of cold, and I do feel slightly better after a few days of taking them three times a day. It is hard to measure a difference with something like this, but I do feel a bit more alive and well, and with the reported evidence to back them up as an immune booster, I think they can be a great support during the winter months to help you fight off colds and flu.

You can purchase PhytoRelief-CC online here, as well as from Amazon.
