I love a good snack bar — one that I can stick in my bag for when I’m out and about and need a bit of something to keep me going.
I want one that isn’t full of rubbish ingredients and that obviously tastes good. I don’t snack all the time so when I do I want something that I really enjoy.
I’ve been enjoying KIND bars for a couple of years now and they’re really nice. I love the crunch and the flavours and the ingredients are nutritious, minimally processed and filling too. One of my favourites is Dark Chocolate Nuts & Sea Salt; I have a new found love for sea salt with chocolate.
KIND have launched their very first limited edition flavour for the Christmas season — Apple Almond Spice. It has a blend of sweet apples, almonds, cashews, pecans and a touch of cinnamon spice, uses whole ingredients and is gluten-free and high in fibre. The bars also have no artificial ingredients or preservatives.
The new KIND Apple Almond Spice bar is SO tasty, and perfect to enjoy at this time of year. They have that amazing apple pie taste and they are really moreish. The sweetness from the apple with just the perfect amount of cinnamon makes them so delicious and I hope they keep making this flavour because they are amazing! They taste like a treat rather than a pretty healthy snack bar.
