The New Plant-Based Protein Bar – We Are Feel Protein Bar Review

11th July 2022

Today I’m back talking about Feel again with a post all about their brand-new Protein Bars! As you probably know, I am a huge fan of Feel’s range of products and we take their vitamins daily.

I am not someone who snacks a lot at home; I used to but I just don’t really get hungry between meals anymore if I’m just at home working – unless it’s the evening time and I want to stuff my face with crisps and sweets! But I do always like to have some kind of snack with me in my bag when I go out. I do seem to get a lot hungrier if I’m rushing about getting stuff done and I hate ending up grabbing something that’s a bit rubbish for me because I’m in a rush and suddenly feel a bit shakey, or didn’t have time to make lunch before I left the house.

So I always try to keep something relatively healthy in my handbag that will keep me going until my next meal, and Feel’s new protein bars are perfect for this.

Feel Protein Bar Review

Feel Protein Bars come in three great flavours: Chocolate Brownie, Salted Caramel and Peanut and you can choose one flavour or a variety box.

They are all triple-layered with a mallow protein centre, gooey caramel, protein crispies, and coated in real chocolate and they all taste lovely.

My favourite is actually the Peanut, which I wasn’t expecting, but it just has a really nice balance of flavours and I love the nuttiness of them.

Feel Protein Bars are plant-based and made with a clean protein source – pea protein – which helps you to feel fuller for longer and it’s also a source of all essential amino acids. They’re great for on the go, but of course, as a protein bar, they’re also perfect for after you’ve worked out as they are high in leucine, isoleucine and valine which all help to build muscle.

The bars also contain soya protein which is a vegan protein containing more of the essential amino acids your body needs for muscle growth, strength and recovery.

They are a great alternative to a pudding or a sweet treat, as they’re much better for you than a chocolate bar full of sugar, but they taste really good too and are very satisfying.

As with all of Feel’s products, the Protein bars are vegan, gluten-free, low in sugar and non-GMO. They contain no artificial fillers, bulking agents, or colours, and all packaging is made from 100% plant-derived, plastic-free, compostable materials.

(*Feel Protein Bars contain Soya and Peanuts, and may also contain traces of other nuts.)

As with all types of healthier bars, they are not particularly cheap, but then neither are chocolate bars anymore and these are much better for you and actually help fill you up, whilst still being really tasty. And Feel uses high-quality ingredients, plus you can always get great discounts when you try one of their products, including 10% off your first month of their bars with my link here: Feel Protein Bars.
