How many times can I say leggings in one post? I love leggings. I have talked about them many (many, many) times on here before and they are mostly permanently attached to my legs during the winter months. I tell you what though — trying to take a decent photo of yourself in plain black leggings is really, really hard.

I am always looking for the perfect pair — they need to be thick enough, stretchy enough, they need to come up high enough and over my belly, and they need to be the perfect length for me — not so long that they ruffle up at the bottom, and not too short that they hit that part of my ankle that makes me look a bit short and squat.

So when Love Leggings got in touch I was pretty pleased — I’d heard a lot of good stuff about them and the high quality of them, so I was excited to see if they could meet my rather high standards when it comes to leggings!

Love Leggings use the highest quality cotton to make their leggings to give you the ultimate coverage and fit for leggings that last. My leggings coming up high enough is really important to me so they don’t roll down and become uncomfortable as you move about, and leave my love handles hanging out. So I chose the Black High Waisted Leggings, which are lovely and thick, but not too thick that they look thick if that makes sense?! I hate it when leggings are a bit see-through and so many black leggings are, but these aren’t at all, and they still have enough stretch and are super comfy.

They also have a cosy brushed inside, (but not the kind that makes you so boiling hot you feel like you’re sat on top of a fire) which makes them perfect for winter, and I’m sure I’ll be wearing mine constantly. Their leggings all come in a range of lovely colours and I love that they have inclusive sizing (UK 4-28), and as well as the high-waisted style the everyday leggings also come in classic and cropped so you can find the perfect ones for you. They also do a maternity range, a fitness range and they even have ones for kids in lots of lovely colours. I’m so tempted to ask for the pink ones for us both for Christmas!

They really are so comfy and fit beautifully — they hold me in nicely without being tight and they have a really nice thick waistband. They look lovely on and are such good quality and I’d really like to get more.
