• Cinco de Mayo Bingo cards (downloadable templates available towards the bottom of the post)
• Markers or bingo chips
• Enthusiastic participants ready to shout “¡Bingo!”
• Home printer

How to Play:

1. Prepare the Bingo Cards: Print out or create Cinco de Mayo-themed bingo cards. Each square should contain a different element related to the holiday, such as sombreros,  the Mexican flag, mariachi bands, tacos, piñatas, and margaritas.
2. Distribute the Cards: Hand out the bingo cards to each player. Make sure everyone has a clear view of their card and access to markers or bingo chips to cover the squares.
3. Start the Game: Designate someone as the caller. This person will randomly select items related to Cinco de Mayo and announce them to the players. For example, they might say, “Sombrero!” or “Taco!” Players then mark off the corresponding square on their bingo card if they have it.
4. Play Continues: The caller continues to announce items, and players continue to mark off squares. The first player to complete a row horizontally, vertically, or diagonally shouts “¡Bingo!” to win that round.
5. Variations: To extend the fun, you can play multiple rounds with different winning patterns, such as four corners, an X, or even a blackout (covering the entire card).
6. Prizes: Offer festive prizes for the winners, such as mini piñatas filled with candies or Mexican-themed trinkets.
